Description
PICO WELD KOTE is a biodegradable, non-toxic anti-spatter coating designed to prevent weld and cutting spatter from adhering to metal surfaces, cutting tables, torches, and welding equipment. It forms a clear, non-interfering barrier that allows easy removal of slag and spatter without knocking, grinding, or excess cleanup.
Formulated without petroleum, wax, silicones, or solvents, PICO WELD KOTE is safe for use in plasma and oxy-fuel cutting tables, welding booths, and nozzle protection. Enhances weld quality, does not generate smoke or hazardous fumes, and can be applied via spray, brush, immersion, or swab. Compatible with downstream processes like painting, plating, or galvanizing. Provides short-term rust protection.
