Description
PICO SPP 200 is a water-emulsifiable, oil-based rust and corrosion inhibitor formulated for temporary indoor protection of ferrous and non-ferrous steel plate. When properly diluted (10–25%) and mixed, it deposits a very thin protective film that enhances surface appearance, quality, and corrosion resistance.
It is ideal for application via spray, immersion, or brush on cold, warm, or hot steel surfaces (32°F to 300°F). The stable emulsion offers excellent coverage (up to 2,000 sq. ft. per gallon). Rinses off with solvents or alkaline cleaners if needed. PICO SPP 200 is best used in acid-free, weather-protected storage environments and provides protection for up to 6 months unpackaged or 12 months packaged.
