Description
PICO SPP 105 is a solvent-based rust and corrosion inhibitor designed for temporary indoor and limited outdoor protection of ferrous steel plate surfaces. It forms a dry, non-discernible film that displaces water and resists atmospheric corrosion—even in high-humidity conditions. The product enhances surface appearance and inspection quality without staining.
Free of oil, barium, and heavy metals, PICO SPP 105 is compatible with welding, laser cutting, pickling, and painting (no removal typically required) and meets MIL-PRF-16173E Grades 3 & 5. Applied “as received” by spray, immersion, or roller coat, it dries quickly and leaves no visible residue. It is compliant with Rule 102 and has low VOC emissions.
