Description
PICO SLAT GUARD is a non-toxic, non-VOC protective coating engineered to reduce slag, spatter, and dross buildup on plasma, laser, and oxy-fuel cutting table slats and downdraft walls. It enhances electrical grounding, eliminates the need for chiseling or grinding, and extends slat life by up to 3x.
PICO SLAT GUARD provides fast drying, long-term protection with excellent adhesion, hardness, and stability. It can be applied “as received” via brush, roller, or airless spray and is ideal for reducing reject rates, maintenance downtime, and table cleaning labor. Also effective on downdraft table walls to reduce slag drip and improve runoff performance.
