Description
PICO SLAT COATER is a non-VOC, non-toxic protective coating formulated to prevent slag, dross, and spatter buildup on cutting table slats and downdraft systems used in plasma and oxy-fuel operations. It improves electrical grounding, reduces torch bounce, and eliminates the need for mechanical cleaning tools like chisels or jackhammers.
The coating dries quickly, adheres strongly, and creates a long-lasting barrier that extends slat life and minimizes reject rates and table maintenance. It is easy to apply by brush, roll, or spray, and delivers consistent film thickness without dilution. PICO SLAT COATER is also effective on downdraft walls to reduce dross drip adhesion and improve runoff performance.
