Description
PICO QUENCH GUARD 55 is a biostable, non-toxic, water-based coolant and rust inhibitor for plasma cutting tables and machining centers. It provides long-term corrosion protection, surface cooling, and lubricity for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including stainless, aluminum, brass, Inconel, titanium, galvanized, and zinc-coated alloys.
The fluid improves tool life and surface finish, suppresses odors and bacteria, and keeps nozzles and tooling free of buildup. It is non-staining, non-flammable, biodegradable, and compatible with all water types. PICO QUENCH GUARD 55 forms a clear, dry-to-the-touch film and requires no removal before welding or pickling.
