Description
PICO PLASMA GUARD 210 is a solvent-based, environmentally friendly anti-spatter coating designed to prevent slag and weld spatter from adhering to metal surfaces during plasma cutting and welding operations. It forms a non-discernible molecular film that provides excellent surface wetting, promotes clean-off, and eliminates the need for banging or scraping.
PICO PLASMA GUARD 210 is non-staining, water-displacing, and barium-free, with no adverse effects on weld integrity. It also provides long-term rust and corrosion protection during indoor storage or protected transit. The formula meets MIL-PRF-16173E Grade 3 & 5, making it a dual-purpose solution for spatter resistance and corrosion protection in demanding industrial environments.
