Description
APR 52 is a low-viscosity, nonylphenol-free blocked isocyanate resin formulated to improve PVC plastisol adhesion while supporting low-VOC formulations. Designed for use in automotive sealers and anti-chip primers, it reduces the need for solvent and simplifies processing without sacrificing performance.
This next-generation resin cures at low temperatures and delivers shorter cycle times. It offers excellent rheology, wet-on-wet compatibility, and long-term stability. APR 52 also enhances physical properties such as elongation, abrasion resistance, and sag control, helping formulators achieve both regulatory compliance and high performance in demanding automotive environments.
