Description
APR 51 is a next-generation, low-viscosity blocked isocyanate resin formulated for use in nonylphenol-free PVC plastisol systems. Designed to reduce processing costs and increase plant efficiency, it cures at lower temperatures and with shorter dwell times compared to traditional options.
This product enhances plastisol adhesion to electro-coated substrates and is ideal for use in automotive sealers and anti-chip primers. APR 51 provides excellent aging stability, rheological control, and physical performance. It also improves elongation, sag resistance, and abrasion durability, making it well-suited for demanding underbody and structural applications.
