APR 48 is an aromatic polyamidoamine adhesion promoter for PVC plastisols, designed for low-temperature fusion and wet-on-wet automotive sealer applications.
Applications: Underbody coatings, interior sealers, flexible coatings requiring strong adhesion to multiple substrates.

Description
APR 48 is a concentrated aromatic polyamidoamine resin developed for promoting strong, flexible adhesion of PVC plastisols and organosols to various substrates including metals, electro-coated metals, fabrics, and plastics. It activates during the fusion process, bonding the vinyl coating at low bake temperatures (120–140°C) for 30-minute cure cycles.
APR 48 is especially suited for wet-on-wet and paintable sealer applications such as underbody and interior sealers in automotive assembly. Stable viscosity and excellent flexibility. Ideal for high-performance systems requiring long-term adhesion and durability in demanding production environments.
