PICO Chemical Welcomes Randy DeVries as Director of Sales

PICO Chemical is pleased to welcome Randy DeVries as Director of Sales, adding an experienced industrial sales leader to help drive the next stage of PICO’s growth.

Randy brings more than 15 years of experience in industrial lubricants and specialty chemicals, including metalworking fluids, fluid management, strategic account development and technical sales. His background working directly with manufacturers gives him a strong understanding of both the technical challenges customers face and the operational impact of finding the right solution.

Building on 50 Years of Customer Relationships

Since 1976, PICO has grown by developing reliable industrial chemical solutions and building long-term relationships with its customers. Today, PICO remains a tight-knit, family-run company, with an experienced team spanning technical sales, customer support, formulation, manufacturing and operations.

As Director of Sales, Randy will help build on that foundation by leading PICO’s sales efforts, developing new customer relationships and helping expand the sales team as the company continues to grow.

“I’ve spent my career working with manufacturers, and I’ve learned that the best customer relationships start with understanding what’s actually happening in their operation. My goal at PICO is to be someone our customers can rely on, whether they need help solving a problem, improving a process or simply finding a better way to get something done. If we can help make their operation better, we’re doing our job.”

Randy’s focus is not simply on selling more product. It starts with understanding a customer’s operation, application and challenges, then identifying opportunities to improve performance, reduce costs and increase productivity.
